The pay ranges from $45,000-$75,000 plus benefits and retirement program.

Responsibilities
- Maintains and monitors the Contract Compliance Log; assists with phone call follow up to close open items
- Assists with Insurance and Contract Notice of Awards
- Assists with vendor management
- Enters contracts into electronic document management system
- Assists with posting documents to online bid management system
- Assists with bidder outreach and coordinates with project team to create recommended bidders list
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 -3 years of purchasing, procurement, insurance, or construction experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills are critical
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction software and Microsoft Office preferred
- Knowledge of ERP Platform
- Knowledge of Prequalification System
