Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite environment.
- Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling, including interpreting drawings and specifications, sequencing work, and managing logistics and site operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices across commercial and institutional projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with project management, clients, design partners, and trade contractors.
- Experience with construction management software, digital documentation tools, and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, project reporting).
- Proven ability to identify and resolve field issues, manage risk, and support cost and schedule control in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience as a Superintendent or in a similar construction field leadership role; large or complex project experience is highly beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- OSHA safety training and other relevant industry certifications are a strong plus.
