Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Quality team at Stellar Blu. This role is responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections of incoming, in-process, and final assemblies, components, and parts.
Salary: 28$ - 30$ per hour

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Quality team at Stellar Blu. This role is responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections of incoming, in-process, and final assemblies, components, and parts.

What You Will Do
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Review drawings, specifications, and logs to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Approve or reject incoming materials; initiate and document nonconformance reports (NCRs).
- Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability.
- Provide feedback to production teams and communicate quality alerts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, quality processes, and audits.
- Collaborate with suppliers, operators, and supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- 5 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
- Aerospace or SATCOM industry experience - an advantage
- Strong skills with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including geometric tolerances.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle and position larger components (such as antennas up to ~50 lbs) safely for inspection
