Directly supervises multiple blackjack employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervises the operations of one to four blackjack playing areas through constant communication with on-duty team members.
- Prepares work schedules and assigns tables.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the blackjack pit and for promoting positive patron relations.
- Ensures proper standards and procedures are followed by all personnel in accordance with enterprise procedures.
- Orders and approves and completes necessary paperwork for fills and credits.
- Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Skills/ Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Table Games experience with blackjack and other Table Games required.

- Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
