Job Description:
The Lead serves as a clinical expert and resource, providing direction and consultation to healthcare staff to ensure services and supports are in place to meet the behavioral health needs of clients.
Critical Tasks:
- Provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to assigned staff, utilizing a strength-based approach.
- Ensures adherence to board standards, agency policies, and procedures.
- Orients staff to the GRHC community and stakeholders.
- Provides ongoing training to ensure staff is equipped with necessary skills to perform job duties.
- Responds to crisis situations with leadership and direction, ensuring quality client care and collaboration of services.
- Provides ongoing training and supervision to ensure documentation complies with State regulations.
- Evaluates the performance of clinical staff to promote professional growth.
- Promotes quality client care by responding to client and community concerns.
- Provides ongoing clinical supervision and consultation.
- Performs case management functions, including advocacy and care coordination as needed.
- Adheres to GRHC Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Independent license in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners preferred.
- Five years of previous experience in case management.
- Experience working with the Native American population preferred.
- Current valid AZ driver's license, fingerprint clearance, and CPR certification.
