This is a full-time, on-site Paramedic role located in Silver City, NM. The Paramedic will provide pre-hospital emergency medical care, assess patient conditions, administer appropriate treatments, and operate emergency medical equipment. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, ensuring patient safety during transport, maintaining records, and collaborating with medical teams to deliver optimal patient care.
- Comprehensive skills in emergency medical care, patient assessment, and medical response protocols
- Proficiency in operating emergency medical equipment and administering treatments
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Clear communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and patient care teams
- Current Paramedic certification (state or national) and CPR certification
- Ability to remain calm and adaptive in high-stress situations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in pre-hospital care or emergency medical settings is a plus
- Associate degree in Emergency Medical Technology or equivalent preferred
