What are the responsibilities and job description for the MA/Healthcare Tech for Morenci Occ Med position at Gila Health Resources?
Gila Health Resources is seeking a Full-time, Part-time or PRN Medical Assistant/Healthcare Tech for its Morenci Occupational Medicine Department. MAs/Healthcare Techs perform various duties such as phlebotomy, rooming patients, taking vitals, completing various tests/screenings, such as drug & alcohol collection, EKGs, pulmonary function, hearing, and respirator fit testing. Once fully trained for drug & alcohol screening, they will rotate after-hours on-call shifts with other staff. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, and patient skills, must work well with a team, be detail-oriented, be punctual, professional, positive, and reliable.
Prefer candidates who are phlebotomists, LNAs, CNAs, or MAs.

Pay Rate starts at $18 per hour and up, depending on experience
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a post-offer drug and alcohol test and a successful background check, followed by compliance with GHR’s random and for-cause employee drug and alcohol testing policy during employment.
