Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will work with the Construction Manager to complete project and tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, and setting up safety barriers
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow and assist Construction manager
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (including jobs, company vehicles, and storage area)
• Perform general labor tasks as needed, including demo, minor framing, minor trim/doors, minor painting, flooring installation, project punch list and material handling
• Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations and company policy

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn
• Ability to lift heavy object (up to 50 pounds) occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Must be able to get to and from the office
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs
