We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Nail Salon. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle phone systems, and provide exceptional customer support to visitors and clients. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using office management tools and Google Workspace applications
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, document proofreading, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette for professional communication
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus, along with personal assistant experience for calendar management and scheduling
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, data entry, and record keeping using office software like QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools
