Your Duties:
As the Assistant Culinary Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the Kitchen Manager to ensure excellence on every plate.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency.
- Assist with ordering, inventory management, and food cost control.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the BOH team.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and cleanliness.
- Run the pass during high-volume shifts with a cool head.
Requirements:
- Open Availability is a MUST: You must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business dictates.
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (Key Employee, Kitchen Supervisor, or Sous Chef).
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality.
