Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
• Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, circle time, arts and crafts, play-based learning, and literacy education.
• Support children’s individual needs.
• Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive social interactions and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of child development progress and incidents.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment for all children.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
