Position Overview:
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Childcare Teacher to join our team! This position requires flexibility, as shifts may include a mix of daytime, evening, and Saturday hours. Please do not apply if you are not available to work Saturdays.

Schedule Requirements:
- Availability for a mix of:
- Daytime shifts
- Evening shifts
- Saturday shifts
- Evening shifts may include:
- 2:00 PM – 9:00 or 10:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Fridays & Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for children ages 12 months to 12 years old.
- Lead and participate in play-based activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate positively with parents and team members
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations
- Assist with transitions, meals, and daily routines
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a group childcare setting
- Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
