Change Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and enterprise solutions implementation projects.

• Collaborate closely with management consulting teams and clients to design tailored solutions that support large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management best practices to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business development efforts and identify new opportunities for organizational growth.
• Provide leadership in applying Lean management principles and process mapping techniques to optimize workflows and streamline operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within technology environments, with a strong understanding of enterprise solutions implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, business analysis, and process improvement techniques.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, and presentation purposes.
• Experience working within management consulting firms or consulting environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze complex data sets for actionable insights.
• Leadership experience in team settings with a focus on large-scale organizational change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean management practices, process mapping, and business consulting methodologies.

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
