- Collaborate with production and engineering to develop planning and pathfinding processes for welding and fabrication operations, from raw material to final assembly.
- Design, fabricate, and iterate on weld tooling, fixtures, and prototype assemblies to support manufacturing and product development.
- Perform hands-on welding as needed to train technicians on proper welding techniques.
- Perform precision fabrication including cutting, forming, fit-up, and assembly of components and subassemblies.
- Lead and execute fabrication and welding work, ensuring all processes and inspections comply with governing code requirements.
