Responsibilities
- Support the development of creative concepts across integrated campaigns, including digital, social, print, and experiential
- Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into compelling visual concepts and systems
- Execute high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Assist Art and Creative Directors in concepting, mood boards, and visual storytelling
- Own smaller projects from concept through final production with minimal oversight
- Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables and touchpoints
- Prepare files for production and work with vendors or developers as needed
- Present work internally and occasionally to clients, clearly articulating design decisions
- Translate team and client feedback into clear solutions that resolve creative issues and concerns
- Must be located in Southern California, Boise, ID, or Nashville, TN
- 7 years of professional design experience in an agency role or environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Figma a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and polished execution across multiple channels
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Basic understanding of production processes (print, digital, and/or motion)
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation Range: $43-$47/hour
