GigaParts is looking for a Service Manager IT/Retail to lead our in-store Computer Services Department, On-Site Tech Team, Returns & Open-Box Program, and Personalization Shop (laser engraving, embroidery, printed products). This is a key leadership role where you will help share the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations across our in-store and on-site teams, personalization staff, and tech support shop
- Manage the Returns and Open-Box program for both retail and E-Commerce
- Oversee asset control and inventory--including serialized equipment and returned merchandise
- Collaborate with Store Management, Procurement, Warehouse and Product Development teams to optimize offerings and workflows
- Ensure top-tier customer service
- Hire, train, coach, and schedule team members for services, rentals and returns
- Analyze customer behavior and department performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Participate in occasional hands-on tech work, customer support, and shop floor operations
- Support in-store MOD duties on an as needed basis
- Ensure products are displayed and priced properly for maximum sell-through
- Create a positive, productive team culture in line with GigaParts' mission and standards
What you will bring:
- 3 years of experience managing tech or service teams (retail, repair shop, or IT service provider)
- Strong people management and scheduling skills
- Experience with business operations, inventory control, and profitability tracking
