About the Role
We’re looking for a Fire Protection Operations Manager / General Manager to lead all sprinkler operations across Nevada. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, project execution, team leadership, and overall branch performance.
The ideal candidate will come from a fire sprinkler design background and have proven experience managing teams, projects, and operations within the fire protection industry.
This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who can balance operations, people management, client relationships, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all sprinkler division operations across Nevada.
- Oversee project execution, scheduling, staffing, and operational performance.
- Manage and support design, PM, field, and service teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients, contractors, and AHJs.
- Support estimating, operational planning, and overall branch profitability.
- Drive accountability, team development, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong background in fire sprinkler design and fire protection systems.
- Previous experience in operations management, branch management, or general management within the fire protection industry.
- Deep understanding of NFPA standards, sprinkler systems, and project delivery.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and operational budgets preferred.
