We are seeking a Senior Systems Solutions Architect to design, support, and optimize enterprise environments across Microsoft cloud services, virtualization systems, enterprise infrastructure, and emerging AI-driven technologies.This role combines solution architecture, systems engineering, client consulting, and ongoing infrastructure support to help organizations modernize, secure, and optimize their IT environments.LocationRemote CaliforniaThis is a fully remote position supporting client environments across California.Position OverviewThe Senior Systems Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern enterprise infrastructure solutions that integrate cloud services, virtualization platforms, AI-enabled technologies, identity and access management, and core enterprise systems.This role works closely with sales teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to evaluate current environments, architect scalable solutions, support client infrastructure, and guide organizations through modernization initiatives.In addition to solution design, this position will support client systems, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability across deployed environments.The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and a hands-on technologist with deep experience across Microsoft related field (or equivalent experience)6 years of experience designing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutionsStrong expertise with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Microsoft AzureHands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity governance and security controlsExperience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-VExperience supporting enterprise servers, storage, backup/recovery, and hybrid environmentsStrong understanding of system architecture, networking fundamentals, and security best
