Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is vital in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and facilitating smooth distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, along with comprehensive warehouse experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with heavy equipment and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receiving and Inspection
Assist with receiving goods delivered by suppliers.
Verify that the delivery note matches the actual goods received.
Inspect the quantity, quality, and appearance of goods, and report any issues promptly.

2. Inbound and Putaway
Complete inbound and putaway according to regulations. Sort goods, print pallet labels, and place items in designated storage locations.
Ensure the warehouse is organized and clearly labeled.

3. Inventory Management
Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Update inventory records.
Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, handling damaged/discarded goods, and managing returns.

4. Picking and Shipping
Label and pack goods according to outbound orders.
Assist with shipment arrangements and verify shipping information.
Ensure goods are shipped accurately and on time.

5. Daily Warehouse Maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Follow safety regulations and procedures.
Inspect equipment (such as forklifts and storage racks) to ensure proper operation.

6. Documentation and System Operations
Enter and organize warehouse-related documents.
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update data.
Ensure data is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

7. Coordination and Communication
Assist in handling urgent orders or unexpected situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good inin written and spoken Chinese and English.

Good communication skills

Familiar with warehouse procedures.

Computer skill require.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Continually required to stand.
• Occasionally required to walk and sit.
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Continually required to talk or hear.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
