As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will facilitate the planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns for GIGABYTE computer products in North America. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and creative teams to build out marketing campaigns with various ecosystem vendors, channel partners and industry opinion leaders. This position will be responsible for managing MDF budgets and ensuring marketing resources are deployed effectively to achieve productive business results. An ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and have experiences in cross-functional collaborations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end MDF process, including budget allocation, partner request review, approvals, and reporting.
- Monitor and track MDF spend, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to corporate compliance standards.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align MDF initiatives with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on MDF utilization, campaign performance, and return on investment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and internal teams regarding MDF program requirements, guidelines, and process support.
- Identify opportunities to improve MDF processes, reporting accuracy, and overall program efficiency.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- Previous experience with MDF or Co-Op programs in the technology or hardware industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to track budgets and assess ROI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across internal departments and with external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
