Our fast-growing company is looking for a qualified Business Management Associate. The ideal candidate is someone who works well under pressure, works well with co-workers, is responsible and detail-oriented, and has strong work ethics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow internal SOP and liaise with various departments to ensure streamlined business operations
- Assist Business Associate Manager with operational issues, including communicating with Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, and RMA teams
- Submit monthly internal proposals to headquarters with accurate data and numbers
- Update logs and reports
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are processed without error or delay
- Constant follow-up with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met
- Support sales team in reaching quarterly business goals
- Maintain a healthy account balance with assigned accounts
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
- 1 year experience in office operation preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer components
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task well
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and analyze problems, and create and execute solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, and affinity for numbers
- Mandarin Chinese-speaking is a plus
