Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Technical Lead to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, architecture ownership, and leadership, along with active involvement in development, model training, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions (LLMs, NLP, Predictive Models)
Define scalable architecture for AI platforms and data pipelines
Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
Hands-on Development:
Build (nice to have), train (mandatory), fine-tune, and deploy ML and Generative AI models
Work with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and APIs
Required Skills:
Strong experience in AI/ML, including LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling
Hands-on experience with model training and fine-tuning (mandatory)
Proficiency in Python and/or Java
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Strong system design and architecture skills
Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations
