This role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Director of Nursing in managing and supervising nursing staff.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to promote clinical excellence.
- Oversee compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive resident outcomes.
- Serve as acting DON in their absence.
- Must hold a current, active RN license in Washington (required).
- Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and best practices in nursing care.

Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
