We are a well established 19-year business, in Gig Harbor, WA.
The position would pay 72-120k depending on experience to learn and grow into being able to manage and run the office.
We are a busy office looking to hire a Chiropractor possibly to be our Associate Doctor, but preferably looking for someone to want to transition to ownership.
You will work alongside our two other doctors who own or seeking to own the practice.
Our office has been in business for over 18 years and has a well established patient base plus a constant flow of new patients. Which means you will be able to come in and get straight to work.
Our adjustment style is diversified and we do not just see one specific style of patient (i.e just PIP or work injury, sports injury). With that being said we do leave the muscle work to our massage therapist.
On an average day we see between 50 to 70 patients a day so our ideal candidate will know how to be efficient but still meet patient needs.
Along with having a affective adjustment style, our future doctor will be a motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is eager to help grow our business in multiple avenues. Our ideal candidate will have flexibility and willingness to work hard. You must be highly energetic, organized, reliable, and compassionate towards others. We are looking for someone who wants to treat this business as their own!
You will be working with a caring group of professionals who share a passion to serve our community with alternative medicine. Along with chiropractic services, we offer massage. We have an amazing group of Chiropractic staff and manager who take close to all of the behind the scene work off your plate.
