We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support impactful nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach, grassroots engagement, and community fundraising efforts.
This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, making a positive social impact, and building a long-term career in community outreach, nonprofit advocacy, fundraising, or public engagement.
No prior experience is required. Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and professional development begin on day one.
Key Responsibilities
Represent respected nonprofit partners at community events, outreach locations, and public spaces
Engage with community members through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and inspire support
Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, values, and current initiatives
Collaborate with team members to meet daily outreach and fundraising goals
Assist with event setup, teardown, and branded outreach displays
Track community interactions and collect feedback to improve future campaigns
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy skills
