Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with time-sensitive research and documentation tasks.
- Respond in an efficient and timely manner across disciplines.
- Maintain professional competency throughout work experience.
- Provide phone support to any and all potential clients and patients.
- Manage fax and email engagement.
- Communicate with other medical disciplines as required to continue patient care.
- Knowledge and compliance with HIPPA required.
- Comply with the company's record keeping policies.
- Engage patients and families and assist with intake process.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, notes, and briefings.
- Research and analyze and compiling data.
- Manage data entry and ensure that all records are up-to-date.
- Independently manage patient and staff coordination.
- Ability to self-start and complete tasks.
Ideally this candidate will enjoy working with children of a variety of abilities and their families. Must be a team oriented, positive, open to adventure, solution oriented, analytically balanced, communicative, and efficient.
