Job Title: Telemetry Nurse

This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.

The Telemetry Nurse will utilize machines to measure patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate and blood oxygen levels, as well as electrocardiogram information.

1. Prepare, administer and record prescribed medications and report any adverse reactions according to policies.
2. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
3. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member.
4. Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.
