About the School Brailist/Paraprofessional Role:
- Title: School Brailist/Paraprofessional
- Location: Renton, WA
- Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Compensation: $25-$30/hr; weekly pay
- Benefits offered to FTE on first day on employment
- On-site only
- Certification: Competency in Unified English Braille (UEB) by passing a recognized assessment, such as the NCUEB assessment, Library of Congress certification, or the Washington State School for the Blind competency test
- Travel stipends available for non-local candidates willing to relocate for assignment
