Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and make informed decisions regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of New Mexico
- At least one year of experience in emergency department nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
