Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Community Engagement Intern. The intern will focus on building relationships with the Gift community by facilitating discussions, moderating interactions, and interacting with music, and interest groups of all kinds. Key responsibilities will include developing strategies to increase user engagement, providing customer support to resolve inquiries, assisting with community events, and supporting content initiatives that foster genuine connections among users. The role requires active communication and collaboration with both internal teams and the community.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement experience
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Knowledge or experience in Community Management
- Experience with social media platforms, online communities, or digital content is a plus
