Gifford is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Specialty and OBGYN services. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the practices, including staffing, budget management, clinic operations, and resolving patient concerns. The Office Manager will ensure the efficient operation of all daily functions, including patient access, scheduling, care coordination, and the safe delivery of care. This position also actively supports the team by participating in direct patient care coordination and operational activities as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of management experience preferred
- Active licensure as a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant or LPN/RN in the State of Vermont preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field preferred
- BLS certification required
