Gifford is seeking a Cardiac Rehab Tech to join our Team!
The Cardiac Rehab Tech provides orientation and assessment to participants in the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs and assists in the development of individualized plans of care in collaboration with the Medical Directors. This position is responsible for evaluating exercise sessions through patient charting, monitoring vital signs and EKGs, and providing education and support to patients participating in the program. The Cardiac Rehab Tech promotes a safe, supportive, and effective rehabilitation environment while helping patients achieve their individual health and wellness goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Cardiac Rehab setting is preferred but not required
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in the State of Vermont
