In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring products are accurately packed, shipped, and received in compliance with strict customer and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with a growing company that plays a key role in the secure card manufacturing industry. Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate and execute all shipping and receiving activities, including picking, labeling, packaging, and scheduling shipments in line with routing guidelines
- Prepare pallets safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements related to product identification, labeling, carrier selection, routing, and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support physical inventory audits
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment, promoting housekeeping standards
- Support destruction of obsolete materials and issuance of secured vault items
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues or delays promptly
- Perform additional tasks as required to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to load and unload hand trucks with secure or sensitive materials according to compliance regulations
- Strong communication skills with a focus on accuracy and accountability
- Proven ability to follow safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Solid organizational and planning skills; able to prioritize and make quick, effective decisions
- Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with occasional overtime
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. safely and regularly
- Requires sitting at a desk in front of a computer screen for 8 or more hours per day
- Requires visual acuity to operate a computer, read a computer screen, read policies and manuals
- Requires manual dexterity to operate a computer, phone, fax, scanner
Salary : $22 - $28
