Shipping Clerk- 1st Shift
Summary: Count and verify plastic cards, pack as per order instructions. Verify information is correct according to paperwork utilizing current ERP system. Accountability for accuracy of counts and transactions. Maintain proper security requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP systems.
- Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to shipping guidelines.
- Process shipments using FEDEX/UPS systems or other trucking manifests as required.
- Required to process or create various shipping documents as needed.
- Pallet jack experience needed.
- Communicate with team members effectively as well as internal departments.
- Maintain proper security requirements, communicate to management.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lb boxes
- Ability to use a pallet jack
- Must have basic computer and math skills
- Must have flexibility with job demands.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with computer technology (i.e. ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous experience in shipping or logistics or warehouse operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
