SummaryThe Director - Federal Reserve Program Management is responsible for overseeing operational delivery to the Federal Reserve Bank. This role will focus on delivering solutions and services that exceeds the expectations of G D Currency Technology's largest customer. We are in the midst of executing a generational project, where we are replacing their fleet of banknote processing systems. This role will require extensive collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and will greatly impact the corporations overall success.   • Collaborating with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures
  • Ensure seamless coordination and communication between different projects within the program
  • Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects within the program
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members
  • Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Identify, analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
Required Knowledge & Knowledge
  • Superior managerial and diplomacy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions
  • Ability to respond quickly to support customer needs
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet customer deadlines
  • Exceptional level of professionalism, diplomacy, and patience while working with many key stakeholders
Travel Required
  • 30% or less, with trips to the customer's main office in Richmond, VA and occasional trips to customer locations throughout the US. International travel to Munich, Germany may be required as well.
Required Education & Experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration and 5 years experience in an upper management role preferred, with experience overseeing key external relationships with specific focus on large scale programs. Alternatively a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 7 years experience overseeing large external relationships, specific programs, or directly managing key departments
