Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, train, coach, and manage staff
- Set and enforce service, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Labor management, and shift execution
- Ensure excellent guest experience at all times
- Manage some inventory
- Control costs and improve operational efficiency
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and accountability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run facility
- Work closely with ownership and general manager to improve performance and systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a full restaurant operation as a Assistant Manager, or in a senior operations leadership role with full ownership of people, standards, and results
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong people management, communication, and accountability skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and cost control
- High standards for service, cleanliness, and execution
- Hands-on leader who leads from the floor, not the office
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
