Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, supporting team members, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help create an efficient work environment that fosters productivity and professionalism.

The work of the Administrative Assistant includes working within established corporate policies and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction, company standards of quality and safety, through quality customer service, communication and general problem solving, as well as coordinating administrative and operational activities of assigned team members. The Admin Assistant may be assigned additional duties by the General Manager or the Assistant Manager. The duties of the Admin Assistant include but are not limited to:

DUTIES

  • Assist with hiring of new employees by interviewing and track progress on spread sheet
  • Assist with installation clearance of new employees and renewal clearance for existing employees.
  • Assist new employees with new hire on boarding
  • Assist employees with any admin requests
  • Help employees resolve any pay issues
  • May be asked to send in invoices to corporate headquarters.
  • May be asked to help complete reports for customer, installation or HDQ
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
  • Previous quick serve experience a plus
  • Previous management experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $19.00 per hour
