Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients through cold calling efforts. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our advisors.
- Utilize scripts and sales techniques to effectively communicate our value proposition and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve appointment-setting goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches and responses to client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A genuine interest in finance and investment management.
