As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our customer's HVAC equipment, residential and commercial.
- M-F, 8am Start
- Rotating weekends - every 6-8 weeks, may be more/less depending on season and staffing
- No nights or call
- $18-21/hr, Experience Based

Job Responsibilities:
-View Service Board nightly to see where first call is located
-Ensure accuracy of equipment in the equipment category
-Diagnose, Service, and Repair heating and air conditioning equipment
-Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
-Work with the Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to build quotes for the servicing of the equipment
-Document repairs needed in a professional manner
-Take photos of items, as required
-Utilize the tablet to fill any forms required
-Perform van inventory and work with Parts Coordinator to keep van stocked
-Maintain the work van (oil changes, inspections, etc.)
-Respond to calls during working hours
-Other duties as requested by immediate super
Job Requirements (with or without a reasonable accommodation):
-Minimum 2 years heating & air technician experience
-Valid, clean drivers license
-Ability to communicate proficiently in English, both written and orally
-Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Written
-Comfortability in learning new computer software
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
-Ability to sit, bend, walk, stoop, stand, kneel, reach, twist, lift
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with the utilization of assistance
-Ability to work within an outside, non-climate controlled, dusty environment
