Position Summary
As a Yard Supervisor, you'll be a crucial part of our team, supporting our professional drivers and ensuring smooth yard operations. You'll assist drivers with arrivals, parking, and general information, maintain a clean and organized yard, and uphold our high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to professional drivers.
- Assist drivers with parking and general information.
- Maintain a clean and organized yard.
- Prioritize tasks based on customer and management needs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report potential hazards.
- Build strong relationships with drivers and the management team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Shift is Monday-Saturday 6pm to 4am. Off Sundays.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
