~ Base schedule: WEDNESDAY through SUNDAY night shifts
Minimum pay of $82,000 a year with a 35-hour work week
We are looking for an individual who will be an immediate asset to our team - bringing talent, passion, and dedication. This role is for five shifts per week, up to 35 hours, either Tuesday through Saturday nights or Wednesday through Sunday.
The Floor Manager ensures that memorable hospitality is provided to our Guests by way of friendly conversation, exceptional food and beverages, and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our menu. The Floor Manager actively supports the entire team, recognizing how best to train, develop and coach each team member’s unique learning and feedback styles. They are humble, transparent and supportive and know when to take control of situations that arise on shift.
Qualifications:
~ FOH management experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding, high-volume restaurant
~ EVENING AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!!!
~ Passionate about operating restaurants
~ Strong working knowledge of bar and alcohol service
~ Excellent communication and leadership skills; utilizes an inspirational, "hands on" coaching approach
~ Energetic and self-starting with a "Guest First" focus
~ Able to balance empathy and guest satisfaction with business savvy techniques
~ Honest and reliable
~ Detail-oriented and organized
~ Professional appearance and demeanor
~ Required valid health and alcohol card upon hiring

Pay: $25 an hour tips = minimum pay of $82,000 a year with a 35-hour work week
Shift:
- Shifts are between 6 and 8 hours long
- Evening shift, no late hours; the restaurant closes at 9 pm midweek and 10 pm weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Restaurant: 2 years (preferred)
- Management: 2 years (required)
License/Certification:
- MAST Permit (required)
- Food Handler Certification (required)
