Compensation
- $20–$23 per hour to start, based on experience, communication skills, sales ability, and customer-facing background.
- This role includes paid training, hands-on coaching, and a path to grow into a higher-earning Automotive Service Advisor position over time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and help customers with professionalism and care
- Listen to customer concerns and gather clear information
- Communicate updates clearly and consistently
- Help present recommended repairs and services
- Follow up with customers
- Keep appointments, repair orders, and communication organized
- Work closely with technicians and advisors
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
- Learn the automotive service process step by step
