We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and be proficient in various related tasks. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Operate heavy equipment and hand tools for concrete placement and finishing.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed throughout the project.
- Assist with concrete pumping operations when necessary.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
- Experience with metal stud framing is a plus.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
