Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Richmond, VA. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, The Administrative Assistant will assist with data entry, basic reports, and communication with vendors, clients, and internal staff. The position requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and a professional presence in a busy industrial construction environment.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with a professional and courteous approach to internal and external contacts.
- Proficiency with common office software excel, word and basic data entry and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
