Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate? Gibson & Grein Real Estate Network is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage our transactions from receiving a contract to closing. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Track contract deadlines and ensure all required tasks are completed on time.
- Review transaction files to ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to closing.
- Obtain missing signatures, disclosures, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized transaction records and ensure compliance with company and state requirements.
- Monitor closing schedules and proactively resolve issues that may impact closing.
- Conduct final file reviews before closing and post-closing audits to ensure complete records.
- Update CRM and transaction management systems throughout the process.
- Coordinate post-closing marketing activities, including gathering closing information and assisting with "Just Sold" campaigns, social media posts, and client follow-up communications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or transaction coordination preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and transaction processes is a plus.
