What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Counselor LMFT LCSW LPC position at Gibson Counseling?
NOW HIRING EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS FOR OUR GROUP PRACTICE
We have openings for Fully Licensed Private Practice Counselors including:LCSW, LMFT, LPC at our Cedar Park offices. We do not accept associates or interns at this time.
This is a contractor position (1099)- In office and virtual. Benefits of (1099) contract position.
-We pay you at a higher rate and directly so you have the freedom to choose your medical plans from the marketplace based on your needs. Many people also qualify for medical subsidies.
-Since you are in business for yourself, you can potentially write off home offices, internet, cleaning, supplies/decorations, electronics and mileage.
-You are your own boss so you don't have to ask for time off and you can make your schedule however you want. You have ultimate flexibility.
-We pay at a flat rate every two weeks, so you always know what your payment will be. Even if the insurance company does not pay or the clients card declines, you will still be paid.
-We do not have a “no compete” clause, which means if you are currently in practice at home (virtual) and are looking for in office or more virtual clients and to boost your practice you can work for us. The minimum is 2 days a week in office and you can work up to as much as you want. We have therapists that work over 30 hours in office and hybrid.
OTHER THINGS WE OFFER:
-BILLING / CLAIMS/CREDENTIALING
We handle all the Billing. You never have to worry about insurance billing / claims and spending your time calling insurances companies. Our administrative team is responsible for all claims and collects from clients as well, when necessary. We accept many major insurance programs and do all your credentialing to get you in-network with this companies.
-MARKETING
We bring in numerous clients every week and have waitlists. You can build whatever caseload you want.
-PAY RATE
Therapists are paid bi-monthly at a guaranteed “Flat Rate”. Our therapists do not wait on clients and insurance or processing for payments. They also do not worry about recoupments from insurance companies. Therefore you always know what your pay will be.
-SCHEDULING
Our administrative team handles all scheduling based on the schedule the therapists provide. Schedules are flexible with only a minimum requirement of ‘open hours’ per week. You set your schedule and we build your clientele.
-ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
The administrative staff at Gibson Counseling works full time and supports our therapists and their clients with experience, knowledge and dedication. The office staff assists therapists with a multitude of daily needs to help keep the therapists more focused on their counseling and less on clerical issues.
-CONSULTATIONS
We offer case consultations with our other therapists in the group. You will greatly benefit from the professionally diverse clinicians within our practice to consult on your client cases.'
