Clinical Operations Director - Paxton Clinic FT

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Clinical Operations Director will oversee the daily clinical operations of our Paxton Clinic to ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations while improving overall clinic performance.

The ideal candidate must be a RN with more than 10 years experience.

Associates Degree of Nursing is required with Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.

Must have excellent communication, computer and reporting skills .

Management experience greater than 1 year is also preferred.

Salary is based on level of experience. 

This is a Full time position with 36-40 hours per week.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Work requires the ability to lift and carry boxes.
2. Physical strength to perform the following lifting tasks:

• Floor to waist - 20 pounds
• 14” to waist - 30 pounds
• Waist to shoulder - 10 pounds
• Shoulder to overhead - 10 pounds
• Carry 20 pounds for 30 feet
• Push 10 pounds/force for 15 feet
• Pull 10 pounds/force for 15 feet

1. Work requires ability to be at attention for up to fifteen minutes at a time whether it  be in a standing or sitting position.
2. Subject to sitting or standing throughout the day.
3. Work requires communication abilities necessary to gather and exchange information with all departments, including the ability to use a telephone.
4. Work requires ability to use a computer.
5. Work requires visual acuity necessary to observe and obtain information and use documentation.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES  

1. Work requires excellent communication, computer and reporting skills.
2. RN required with greater than 10 years of experience.
3. BSN preferred.
4. Management experience greater than 1 year preferred.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
