HOURS & SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Regular full time, 40 hours weekly. 8:00 - 5:00 M-F.
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS: Prior to all provider’s arrival, run new schedules, check-in all patients, rotate throughout triage, register patients for xray if needed, manage provider’s daily schedule and appointments, schedule tests and labs at the hospital, scanning documents into ICS, preparing daily charts for appointments, verify insurance coverage/check for any other changes. Mark all changes on the encounter, middle initials are vital, take copies of insurance cards if they are not in the computer already, encounters must have an entry in the bottom section.

Salary : $17 - $25
