Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews performing earthwork and structural construction activities. This working foreman role is responsible for daily supervision, production tracking, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and direct daily crew activities.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Track production and report daily quantities and progress.
• Maintain job site safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Communicate with project management and other supervisors.
• Perform hands-on work as needed to support operations.

Education | Experience

• Minimum 3 years as a working foreman or leadman in heavy civil construction.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience on large-scale earthwork or infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
