Position Summary
Terrasmart is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk - 1st Shift to support efficient warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining documentation in our ERP system, and coordinating closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams. The role also provides light administrative and facility support to keep operations running smoothly.
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
What You’ll Do
Process and track inbound/outbound shipments; maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage RMA activities for returns and warranty shipments
Validate shipping paperwork and support driver check-ins
Maintain consumable inventory (dunnage, boxes, pallets, supplies, etc.) and ensure organized stock areas
Assist with facility needs including IT coordination, office supply stocking, and event support
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements:
- Able to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and walk for extended periods of time

- Environment: Warehouse (not climate controlled)
